Terms and Conditions
You can download and use images of facilities and press release materials operated by onkochishin inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). Before using this site, please agree to the below Terms and Conditions.

権利等
・写真データの著作権は、全て弊社に帰属します。
・弊社では、写真データに含まれる人物、物品、建築物等に対する諸権利（肖像権、商標権、著作権等）を保有していない場合があります。これらの諸権利についての許諾等交渉が必要な場合は、利用者が自ら行ってください。また、これらの諸権利に関する紛争が生じた場合は、利用者の責任において処理、解決してください。

The copyright
The copyright of all photo data belongs to the Company.
The Company may not own various rights (portrait rights, trademark rights, copyrights, etc.) to people, objects, buildings, etc. included in the photo data. If it is necessary to negotiate permission for these rights, please do so by yourself. In the event of a dispute regarding these rights, the user is responsible for handling and resolving the dispute.

写真データの取り扱い
・写真データの二次加工は原則として禁止します。ただし、写真データの同一性を損なわない範囲でのトリミングや画質補正については、この限りではありません。
